There is absolutely no hidden cost except the delivery charge when you make a purchase with fitelegance.com . Within Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 100 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 100. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive.

Are there any terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

Foreign currency as payment against a COD order is not accepted. Delivery changes will BDT 100. It will also applicable if order becomes cancel.

    Yes, you can cancel an order on fitelegance.com. Please follow our TOC. For outright cancellations contact our Customer Support team. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will return your amount but BDT 200 will deduct from your amount for a transaction fee. It may take upto 10 working days for a refund.

    Does fitelegance deliver internationally?

    Fitelegance doesn't deliver items internationally. You will able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh. So that we can deliver your product locally.

    How Can i change my shipping address?

    By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sample Store account. After login your account you will able to update your default shipping address from Address Book section. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

    The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form.     There is no check out limits and user will able to purchase products until notification. So.. Each member is entitled to unlimited order every day. Kindly clear all pending payments before another checkout.

    After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive after i make payment?

    Members who ship their orders within Dhaka should expect to receive their orders within three (3) to seven (7) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
